I promised to make this a virtual scrapbook of the funny things my kids do... right? Well, today Greyson gave me quite the giggle! I was on the phone (down in the office) and kept hearing "mommy....." over and over again. Well, this isn't a strange phenomenon in my house! I hear it constantly and this time, it was actually refreshing because the sound was quite muffled. Then, Greyson decided to add on the word that would get me moving: "mommy....... heeelppp." I told my girlfriend, Bonnie, that I would have to call her back--"Greyson sounds stuck somewhere." When I arrived up the stairs, I found the refrigerator door standing wide-open, the milk jug on the table... and Greyson perched on top of 3 Modular Mate Rectangle 4 containers inside the pantry! The containers weren't perfectly stacked, and had lost their stability. What you may not expect is the response he received from his mother:
I said, "Oh my, Greyson... that is SO dangerous! Whatever you do, don't MOOOOVE! I will be right back!" I ran downstairs to grab my cell phone to take this fabo picture! It immediately posted to my Facebook account and now this blog which will keep it safe and secure (unless all computers get taken out by the Facebook Fan Check virus) until I can show it to his very first girlfriend! Or, perhaps I will print this picture and post it at his high-school graduation Open House. Regardless, of the occasion, I know that THIS picture will come in handy! And now, I will be re-organizing the pantry tomorrow. It's time for him to make his own cereal... YAY!!!! Better get those cereal containers placed down low, so he can reach them! I am so excited about his newly discovered talent, that I have full intentions of having him practice making cereal for his sister, too! Just in time for homeschooling!

I loved this post one of my friends put on her Facebook profile page: Sherry DuFault: While I no longer sell Tupperware, I just had to share this. Check it out, the pantry is perfect! And Greyson is actually STANDING on storage containers. Can't believe the seals are not even looking stressed. This is awesome!
Well, I must say, Sherry-- I'm so honored that YOU would say my pantry is perfect! Although, I don't concurr (as many things has been placed back in incorrect spaces--hence my son standing on the containers); it is quite an amazing pantry, huh?
For those with children holding the potential to perch in your pantry; choose modular mates. Keeping the food fresh, in tact and the children safe!
